Haltadans

Haltadans are a group of some of Shetland’s finest folk musicians: Ewen Thomson, Lois Nicol and Maurice Henderson on fiddles, Grant Nicol on guitar and John Clark on bass.

Haltadans

They play predominantly traditional Shetland music, often giving a new lease of life to tunes that have remained unplayed for years, but increasingly they are introducing new and exciting tunes to the Shetland repertoire from their own compositions.
