2012 - 32nd Shetland Folk Festival
The 32nd Shetland Folk Festival was once again declared a huge success.
Sponsored by the Year of Creative Scotland, we expanded our programming by booking the hotly tipped Admiral Fallow for a one-off gig as part of their busy touring schedule. We developed an educational project in partnership with Anderson High School students and members of Scottish supergroup, Treacherous Orchestra, giving birth to our very own Trad Seeds! We invited J.P Cormier and Alison Brown across the pond once again, whilst first timers like Baltic Crossing and KV Express also enthralled our audiences. Re-live some 2012 memories here...
