Rhonda May B's

Rhonda Simpson and Mhari Pottinger, accompanied by first class musicians Gordon Tulloch and Trevor Smith on Guitars and Ivor (Fred) Polson on Bass and Paul Mullay on drums.

This vocal powerhouse of Laeverick formed in 2006 to take part in the Thomas Fraser Memorial Festival, the annual Burra event that celebrates the music of Rhonda's grandfather. So well received were the lasses, they were persuaded to perform at subsequent Festivals as well as Shetland Folk Festivals and the Orkney Folk Festival in 2008. This year the band will perform as Rhonda May B's with Rhonda at the helm.  Listeners can expect a taste of country, blues and folk.
