The Bashies

The Bashies are in constant demand around Shetland to play at all kinds of events in Shetland. They play a mixture of their own material interspersed with their own interpretation of various popular rock, pop and country songs; guaranteed to get you up on the dance floor.

  At last year’s Folk Festival they launched their debut album “Too Late Now”, featuring 12 of their original songs (available now for download on Itunes).  With regular airplay on local radio station SIBC, their songs, such as Black Cat, and Gotta Get Out, are now well known locally.  Expect to hear live versions of these songs together with exclusive preview of songs from their next album, currently being recorded.
