Twin brothers Aaron and Nathon Jones play a beautiful mixture of traditional Irish, Scottish, English and American tunes and songs. They are heavily influenced by their Irish roots and have recently started collaborating on original material which they hope to release in 2012. Old Blind Dogs frontman and 2005 Scots Trad Music Awards 'Instrumentalist of the Year', Aaron plays bouzouki, guitar and is a fine vocalist. Nathon joins him on resonator guitar, acoustic guitar, banjo and vocals. Those that know the twins know how much passion they have for the music they play and how much enjoyment and pleasure they get from it, which makes their live performances a real joy. They will be a session band over the weekend and are joined for their performance at the Legion concert on Thursday 3rd May by singer Rhona Norris.
