A supergroup drawn from acclaimed bands Face The West, Astrid and Hò-rò, The Tumbling Souls bring decades of experience forged in bars, ceilidhs and the acclaimed Fèis movement. Their sound blends traditional fire with Americana warmth, indie attitude and rock ’n’ roll energy, delivered with world-class musicianship and an unmistakable sense of authenticity. Whether performing on intimate stages or to festival crowds of thousands, their shows are known for their warmth, drive and emotional honesty.
At the core of the band’s work are Willie Campbell's often raw and honest songs that reflect island perspectives and inspirational messages of recognising the good things in life, all shaped by lived experience. This outlook has helped win the sextet a fast-growing and loyal following and seen them them become firm favourites at festivals including HebCelt, Belladrum and Tunes by the Dunes.
Following the success of radio ready singles ‘1995’ and ‘Nowhere In A Hurry’ the band are to release a brand new album in 2026, continuing to build a growing following through music that speaks plainly, powerfully and directly to the communities it comes from.
